PROCEDURE
1. The Buyer issues a Letter of Intent (LOI) to the Seller.
2. Seller issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO) or Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Specific and General Condition Procedures (TCP) along with Seller's Customer Information Sheet (CIS).
When reviewing the SPA, Buyer will also issue a draft SBLC or BG to Seller for review and acceptance of the language and issuing bank.

signer and banking information, signs and prints the SPA and returns it in Word format to the seller (as acceptance of PTS) along with the Customer Information Sheet (CIS) and Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO). If the signed SPA is not received by the seller within the validity period, it is considered invalid.
4. The seller signs and seals the Sales Agreement and sends a PDF copy to the buyer along with the proforma.

5. The buyer's bank issues an SBLC or BG to the bank specified in the SPA and also provides the Seller with

6. Once the advance payment (Option 1) is made by the buyer to the seller or FI (Option 2) is received, confirmed, authenticated and funded:
6.1. The Seller's bank issues a guarantee of 2% PB (for Option 2);
6.2. The seller must deliver the product and documentation to the buyer as the consignee and send a preliminary analysis to the buyer.

6. Once the advance payment (Option 1) is made by the buyer to the seller or FI (Option 2) is received, confirmed, authenticated and funded:

6.2. The seller must deliver the product and documentation to the buyer as the consignee and send a preliminary analysis to the buyer.
The Seller must move the Gold to the airport of entry within 14 banking days of the FI being confirmed and funded.
For GOLD:
7. Once the gold arrives at the port of entry at the airport, the Buyer receives the gold doré bars.
8. The Buyer agrees to hire and use an Insured and Customs Secure Courier to transport the Gold Doré bars from the airport to the refinery, accompanied by both parties and their representatives.

9. Upon arrival of the Gold at the refinery, it must be received and credited to the Buyer's account. Within 3-5 days of the gold arriving at the refinery, it must be inspected, tested, upgraded, deposited with the refinery and the refinery report and SKR provided to both parties.
10. Within 3 banking days after inspection, testing and cleaning, the buyer makes payment, if not prepayment, and subject to the cleaning plant's report being satisfactory.

11. Within 24 hours after payment is confirmed and the funds are reflected in the Seller’s account as free and clear, the Seller transfers ownership of the goods to the Buyer. With prepayment, ownership automatically passes to the buyer, since all documents, including the certificate of title, will be issued in the name of the buyer.
